I started a cleanse yesterday. And the excitement I began the day with was quickly replaced with headaches and a badittude - you guys! It's terrible! They say that the first few days are the hardest and you feel like junk because your body is adjusting and getting rid of toxins. Stupid toxins.
I'm still hopeful, though! And I'm sticking with it, despite my brains relentless pleas for me to stop and just eat a donut already. The cleanse includes whole non-processed foods, low sugar, no gluten, no red meat and eating every three hours.
Stay tuned. If there are any randomly angry or otherwise out-of-character posts up here in the next two weeks, at least you know why. I'm sorry in advance.
